Mr.Balaji Singh Teeka is the Founder and Group CEO of the Executive Group of Companies (ESM), headquartered in Singapore. Since its inception in 1998, ESM has evolved from a new-era ship management company into a diversified global enterprise with strong footholds in maritime training, offshore services, ship ownership, commercial shipping, hospitality, and real estate.
An alumnus of India’s premier maritime institute, DMET, and a rank-holding mechanical engineering graduate from Ramaiah College, Bangalore, Mr.Teeka began his shore career as a marine engineer following over a decade of sailing experience aboard various cargo vessels. He launched ESM in Singapore in 1998, building on deep industry expertise and the entrepreneurial acumen cultivated during his early management training in Hong Kong.
Today, ESM operates across 12 key cities with over 200 vessels under management and ownership of a fleet exceeding 25 ocean-going and offshore vessels, many of which are currently under construction for future delivery. In 2007, the Executive Group entered ship ownership and commercial management through Adhart Shipping Pte Ltd, followed by the launch of the Executive Offshore Group in 2010, specializing in offshore support operations.
Beyond maritime and shipping, the group has established strategic partnerships in the F&B and hospitality sectors, with shared ownership in leading restaurant brands across Singapore, Dubai, Tokyo, Taipei, London, and Miami. The group also holds investments in luxury hotels, including properties under the Le Méridien brand of Marriott.
With extensive leadership experience and strategic vision, Mr.Teeka brings a results-oriented approach to Sikanta Real Estate Development LLC, where he represents the company’s ambition to deliver excellence and innovation within the real estate sector.

Mr.Mohan Dass Saini previously served as Managing Director & CEO of Shapoorji Pallonji, where he was also a member of the board. An alumnus of the Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology with a degree in Civil Engineering, Mr. Saini brings nearly five decades of expertise in urban infrastructure and industrial construction.
Over his 40-year tenure with Shapoorji Pallonji, Mr.Saini led both Indian and international operations. Under his guidance, the Indian business grew from modest beginnings to surpass USD 1 billion in turnover by 2017, while international operations expanded from the ground up to exceed USD 2 billion across more than 20 countries. His leadership was marked by numerous accolades in sustainability, HR excellence, quality, and design.
Under his stewardship, sustainability became a key pillar, with multiple projects achieving LEED Gold certifications and high environmental and safety standards. His approach consistently fostered enduring global partnerships based on trust and performance. Mr. Saini has held several senior positions including Project Manager, Regional Head, Director of Operations, and ultimately, Managing Director & CEO—at which point he oversaw over 200 to 300 ongoing projects across 20 countries, including India.
He has collaborated on landmark developments across the UAE, including Park Towers (DIFC), Taj Grandeur Residences and Palm Gateway (Palm Jumeirah), Landmark HQ, Vida Marina and Vida Dubai Mall (Dubai Marina), Imperial Tower (Downtown Dubai), Business Park and Park Heights (Dubai Hills), Fairmont Hotel and Marriott Hotel (Abu Dhabi), and the Hindu Temple (Abu Dhabi). Internationally, he contributed to projects such as Altair Building (Colombo), Sabic HQ (Dammam), Convention Center (Muscat), Marrasi Galleria Mall (Bahrain), and developments at Pearl Island (Qatar).
Mr.Saini has also received personal honors including the ‘Most Iconic NRI Award’ in 2017, Construction CEO of the Year in 2016, and the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2015. Following a storied corporate career, Mr. Saini continues to pursue his passion for construction through Sikanta Developments – a venture that distills a lifetime of global experience into a new chapter defined by operational excellence and a customer-first philosophy.

Mr.Deepank Saini is a seasoned real estate investment and development professional with over 25 years of experience in real estate development, asset management, capital markets, and strategic growth. Based in Toronto, Canada, he also serves as Managing Partner at Sunfield Communities, where he leads investment strategy, capital deployment, and portfolio growth across residential and mixed-use developments.
At Sunfield, Mr.Saini plays an instrumental role in site acquisition, development planning, and execution – connecting investors, municipal stakeholders, and development partners to build vibrant, sustainable communities. Prior to joining Sunfield Communities, he held a senior leadership position at Fengate Capital Management, managing the performance of a $1+ billion portfolio of institutional-grade commercial real estate assets. There, he oversaw the full asset lifecycle from acquisition and value-add strategy to disposition, all in alignment with fund and client mandates.
Combining engineering expertise, financial acumen, operational insight, and a pragmatic leadership style, Mr. Saini brings analytical precision and a collaborative mindset to every project. He is deeply committed to building resilient investment portfolios and cultivating enduring partnerships that drive long-term success.
