Mr. Balaji Singh Teeka serves as Founder and Group CEO of the Executive Group of Companies (ESM), headquartered in Singapore since 1998
Under his leadership, ESM has evolved from maritime beginnings into a diversified global enterprise with a strong presence in maritime training, offshore services, ship ownership, commercial shipping, hospitality, and real estate development.
An alumnus of India’s premier maritime institute, DMET and a mechanical engineering graduate from Ramaiah College, Bangalore.
Brings extensive shore career experience as a marine engineer following over a decade of sailing experience aboard various international cargo vessels.
Successfully launched ESM in Singapore in 1998, building on deep industry expertise and entrepreneurial acumen developed during management training in Hong Kong.
Currently oversees operations across 12 key cities with over 200 vessels under management and ownership.
Maintains fleet ownership exceeding 25 ocean-going and offshore vessels, with many currently under construction for future delivery.
Expanded into ship ownership and commercial management through Adhart Shipping Pte Ltd in 2007.
